Imagine the life of a guy before the printed press. How many beautiful women would he see in his life time. Of those, how many of them would he see naked. How many of those beautiful women a guy could see in his life time would he actually mate? To have sex with multiple beautiful women in the past you had to be extremely successful, a king perhaps.
Today every loser with internet access is able to have the sensation of mating with hundreds of these gorgeous women. Their body thinks they are the most successful man that ever lived. He already conquered everything. But no, he don't. And now he lost his ambition. And he doesn't have the physical connection of the sexual relationship. He doesn't have a partner, he didn't plant his seed in that beautiful woman, he is alone and confused. He feels awesome and a piece of shit at the same time, without understanding what's going on. If he gets too bummed out, he gets some pills to numb the feedback his body is giving to him.
The modern world is full of these rewards without the process to conquer them. This is ruining everything. We live like kings - we have access to the best food, imediate information, the best books, we have worldwide communications, we have everything for free - but we haven't done anything to deserve this lifestyle. If you don't have to run after your hunt to eat you just eat and get fat.
These things cause psychological conflicts, because you don't have the things you gain in the process of working to achieve the rewards.

Just a few weeks ago realised how fucked up am I. All I did was watching porn, playing video games, eating and drinking total shit.
I've started from stop drinking shit. Now I only drink water, tea and sometimes juice. Next up came eating healthier food. I quit eating chips and freezed food. I got motivation because of my realisation of what I was consuming. I consumed total garbage and fake food which is made by huge capitalists with one thing in mind- money. At first, it was hard. But I developed resistance from this bullshit. Once I tried drinking pepsi, that shit was just terrible. It didn't taste good.
My softest part is porn. I felt like I couldn't live without it. It is really hard, and I am struggling with this problem, but I am proud of myself. To exterminate the need of sexual actions I've just started working out. Once my dick gets hard I start doing push-ups.
Instead of video games, I try to spend time with my family or friends. Even though it's hard, and I still play quite a lot, I've started standing while playing until my legs get tired.
