I study an average of more than 2 hours a day
I workout three days a week
And I make sure to get all my shit done, all my hours are tracked with not a single moment wasted except for small breaks to keep myself from exhaustion and overworking

It’s a really neat note taking app called Bear, I’ve used like 5 of the most popular notes apps including ever note and found Bear to be the best hands down.
It’s on iOS and I THINK it’s also on android and available on desktop, not sure tho
looks alright (albeit vague), although a lot of people want to start a marijuana business so it's likely not the best business decision unless you can offer something above and beyond the competition.

I'm IT and one of the reasons that I chose it is that it's in extremely high-demand in my area, but computer science sounds to me like it's super over-saturated.

If you think like this your business is going to be one of those that are 90% likely to fail. Small shops are a shitty investment. Any worthwhile business requires loans or investors. Small business owners work more and make less than the typical wagie.
Honestly, with a CS degree you should be looking to make money online instead of tying yourself down to physical overhead that will eat up like 90% of your money. Pay attention to return on investment, retard.

Switch computer "science" for software engineering. Thats actually employable and they will teach you literally everything from how CPU uses microinstructions to emulate x86 instructions to why databases are so fast and use the same concepts from 1990 onwards.
