I carry in the small of my back so it's about the same with both arms, and I have done some drilling with it. It's not very hard for me to do a reload, but I know that would change in a stressful situation. I never thought carrying an extra mag was such a big deal, why does everyone care?

i'd bet that most of these state don't have any restriction on how you carry unless it's listed like with ND.
