Does anyone know what this is? Doctors weren’t much help and I don’t have insurance so I can’t keep going back. It started as a yellow bump like any other one. I squeezed it and the next day it looked like the first picture. This is the second bump I’ve had in 2 weeks. The first one is healing and doing okay but now this one is doing the same thing. I would just like to know if anyone has seen this or can give any advice. I don’t think it’s a spider bite as the first one would have probably killed me already. But the pain is constant and I just want some relief.

Don't worry, it's not something extremely weird. It happens to me all the time on my leg skin, it's a pimple kind of thing. There's a chance it's part of an allergic reaction.

Looks like an infected hair follicle. Happens to me fairly frequently. You could see a doctor (or try removing it yourself lol) but more often than not it's best to just leave it. If it continues to last for longer than a week without changing or it actually gets worse then yeah see a doctor

I’m 25 and have hair everywhere except my back. I’ve never had an ingrown or infected hair. Guess I’ve just been lucky. The thing felt like it was gonna explode for the past day. I finally just squeezed the fucker as hard as I possibly could even got a little weak in the knees but I go a lot of the infection out. Still need to get the rest later.

...That's what happens when you get an ingrown hair, and it swells up like that. It's infected. Ingrown hairs don't necessarily swell up and turn into pimples, they can sit dormant for years.

Occasionally ingrown hairs can develop into cysts that need to be surgically removed. I have a fairly big one on my back because of shaving it. Be glad your body is rejecting it and trying it to push it out.
Look into "Drawing Salve" by Hyland on Amazon and read the reviews. It will mention that it can bring ingrown hairs to the surface quicker.

Warm wet compress few times a day. It will come to a head. Let it drain on its own or puncture from the side. Don't squeeze, you can push the infection deeper. Don't fuck around in case it's mrsa. See doctor if it doesn't heal after a week

Keep it clean soap and water is ok, use disinfectant if you have it. Put a plaster on it if you have it to protect it from dirt, change daily. Unless it gets worse, especially rapidly so, there's no need to see a doctor as it seems to be healing up fine.
