Religion as a control

Is there any example of an atheist society successfully maintaining their birth rates and not devolving into degeneracy?

Not insulting anyone or even saying there is a God. Has it ever worked?

We're trying to increase birthrates, decrease degenerate actions, and unify a society here. When Europe was religious it literally conquered the entire Earth under colonialism. After WW1 killed our faith, we've been receding ever since.

West needs a new religion.
Christianity is pretty much dead

Christianity is a spent force, and clearly is unable to stand up to any attacks. The same happened to Paganism as well. A religion that is on the ascent can withstand any oppression, while one on the way out crumbles almost overnight.

Niggers in America have a high birthdate because of their sexual culture. Although that has declined recently

Africans have a high birth rate because they operate on what is closer to an animal or instinctual level.

Both very religious too. But I absolutely see your point.

I doubt the Africans with a high birthrate are the church-going types.

But I've been thinking about this a lot lately. I would like the old Christianity to come back, but I really can't see it happening because no one alive really believes in it any more, which is the most important part, the capital-b Belief which is involved. I honestly think that far-Eastern religions will have a lot to say about the nature of man over the coming few centuries as that region becomes more economically, culturally, and militarily powerful.

Buddhism is dieing pretty fast. Eastern Orthodoxy is rising though. I like Confucianism though, but it's just a philosophy.

I really don't have any answers to this, but I think this is something that needs answering more than anything else. If the spiritual issue can be solved then every other problem will be solved as a knock-on effect, or in some cases result in there being nothing to solve at all.

I've been thinking a lot lately on how Guenon, Lings, and Schuon (members of the Traditionalist school) all converted to Islam, but today even Saudi Arabia is losing faith in themselves after all the international problems caused by Salafism.

I think one aspect of Confucianism I like is its strong relation towards ones ancestors.

Atheism and tollerance is what civilization does when it is dying.

Rome died embracing christcuckery, you fucking redneck.

It's descent started before that. Saying the Roman Empire died because of Christianity is like saying the British Empire died because of Socialism. The traditional Roman system was already in dire straits for a long time before the top-down conversion, and the level of social degeneracy makes it obvious that people would turn towards a religion that took a hard line against it (Christianity).

Even in the West people see Islam in the same way that people saw Christianity back then, with Christianity now taking the place of the various Paganisms of the time.

>Both very religious too
so words like 'religious' just mean "screaming jesus in one building and murdering children in another" now?

>Even in the West people see Islam in the same way that people saw Christianity back then, with Christianity now taking the place of the various Paganisms of the time.
and you are an absolute retard if you see things this way.

>Christianity is pretty much dead
in your mind, I see lots of people at church

It's not a totally stupid thing to think when you see that Islamic parents group protesting against homosexual "education" in schools over here.

Rome was already dead. Constantine was a barracks emperor and people already lost faith in Romance religions.

Christianity was merely the first buzzard on the corpse. It later produced the colonial era, so it's not totally useless.

What's more, they are the ONLY ones breeding. Demographics is destiny, after all.

The issue isn't just numbers but also the age of them. What's the average age of a churchgoer?

That's just an ongoing trivialisation that's going on in our societies. I mean, look at even Catholicism now and its general demeanour. The young people that will go towards religion will do so because they want something older, and firmer, not priests doing the limbo.

They're benchwarmers, user. I'd honestly be shocked if they knew what the second sentence in the Bible is.

Christendom kept the Empire alive for 1000 more years infidel

I think there's a real shirking from the fight (the spiritual fight) that Christianity is guilty of in this time. Which is rather silly because it's the most important part of it. Instead there's still talk of possessions and demons when I doubt if even the priests believe it.
