They will conduct noise campaigns on me to let me know I'm being followed. They will use car horns/alarms or other loud noises at particular times to trigger me. For a week everytime I went to my car sirens would go off. This is called overt surveillance right?

The Moon was described as "ringing like a bell" during some of those quakes, specifically the shallow ones. The fact that seismic sensor picked up seismic activity in Zambia, Kenya, and Ethiopia may not seem weird at first.
However, soon after, the seismic wave continued traveling until it was eventually picked up by researchers as far away as Chile, New Zealand, Canada, and even Hawaii approximately 11,000 miles away.

listen OP I was a gangstalking victim too. still am. they usually drive by your house very slow. also people on the street will look at you and stare (much longer and more direct than normal). do not give up. start to ask your neighbors for help. they will follow you for YEARS because of what you know. helicopters are another big sign. do not listen to the other posters as they are likely in on following you. trust no one.
