I got a 15% raise last year, and another 15% raise this year. I also got a $10,000 bonus last year, and a $12,000 bonus this year.

I make 17 a hour as a wagecuck at a nationwide clothing store, up from 13.50 after corporate got their Trump tax cuts in 2018. Should be getting another raise this month i think. No one was getting that under Obama and Bush.

The economy isn't doing great. The feds are just artificially lowering interest rates like they did before the 2008 crash, and then the bubble will burst. Inflation is still getting worse and worse and they're trying to sweep it under the rug, it's a ticking time bomb, big Don was right when he said we're in another bubble. Our financial state is based on money that isn't really backed by gold and numbers on a computer screen. The economy around here never really gets better or worse, it shifts from day to day based off of what our grand rulers decide they want it to be like and the rest of the world can't do shit because we'll explode your country if you try to stop us.

I sell cars. We've hit dealer sales records the last two months in a row. In business over 20 years. German luxury brand. A bit worried about it considering we had 0% available as close as last June or July, if I remember correct, and they slowly crept up to where right now rates are around 3% for new cars. But we're waaaaaaaaay up over this time last year. I don't know. We'll see.

Selling and buying have increased. Foreclosures have decreased.

Obviously one county isn't a huge sample but the last year of Obama there were a ton of foreclosures in a county very close to a major city.

Unemployment rate is good, there's jobs out there...

I unintentionally started 2 businesses. I started off in tech, and hated it, couldn't stand to be behind a desk, killed my passion for PC's. So I started carpentry. Started with a real dirtbag, ended up treating our customers like gold, they asked to private hire me. Now I just got done with a 58,000$ reno and a have 8 jobs lined up of solid work.
Other unintentional business/potential business. Turns out I'm insanely good at coding and modding video games. Work has gotten lots of eyes, lots of inquiries about short term 1099 contracts. For quite a bit of money.

I've owned a home improvement business since 2001. This is easily the best its ever been. I have way more work then I can handle. I run three crews. All the hours the guys could want, they can work 7 days a week if they wanted. I've never turned away business before and since Trump was elected I have had to start doing that. Honestly, any time I see someone bitching about "negative interest rates are coming!" it's always some super finance fag who's pissed he's not being handed money for pushing paper and "managing risk." it's always some douche here or there who doesn't work. period. It's almost effortless to get a job in my field in the current economy. I have more years of experience now, granted, but it's much easier now than when Obama was president.

There was a recognition further rate normalization would end in recession. We have arrived at a time where rates must remain low. however, It is catastrophic for those who save or live on fixed incomes. By lowering rates we split the US economy, leaving a growing population of the poor behind. It also leaves NIRP as only remaining tool for the next down turn. I would recommend paying off all debt now during this reprieve, it won't last.
