Anning is by far the best we have but his reputation was absolutely smashed by the media here, and the entire parliament condemned him and even threatened to expel him from parliament. (Apparently a politician can be expelled from office by parliament in australia which may happen if he manages to win).

Look at how Jow Forums and similar Internet groups work. They can't stop it. The problem is that white nationalism (or any racially aware ideology, for that matter) is the most ostracized, despised, and systematically persecuted & censored ideology of our time. You're going up against a deeply entrenched system with infinite amounts of money and infrastructure. There is no quicker way to become a pariah and get your life destroyed than to start talking about race or the flaws of "diversity". You can be a full blown anarcho-communist and pretty much nobody will care, but if you dared to say the heretical word "nigger" 25 years ago, you'll, at best, have your name & legacy tarnished, and at worst, have your social life destroyed and your financial security obliterated.

Even though a LOT of people are uncomfortable with the current state of affairs regarding race, immigration, etc., you see a chicken and egg problem--nobody wants to openly espouse WN ideals because it isn't a big enough movement to find security in numbers, but since nobody wants to be openly WN you'll never -get- those numbers. Lastly, the other issue is that, because nobody with anything to lose wants to openly be a WN, the only people who are open white nationalists are disgusting, bottom of the barrel LARPers that look and act disgusting, which further pushes people away from wanting to associate with it.

Anyway, this all is why you're seeing people resort to attacks. They see no future in WN as a normal political movement, so they're going nuts and attacking places instead. For anything far-right to succeed as a normal political movement, the overton window needs to continue shifting to the point where normal, well-adjusted people begin to feel comfortable openly identifying with those sorts of ideas. Unfortunately, the internet was really the primary driving force of helping shift culture and the overton window farther to the right, and right-wing presence has been totally decimated on the internet by tech companies.
