The name of the book is "Made in Russia: The Holocaust" because most of the "sources" for which "The Holocaust" story is based on, were invented (fabricated) by Soviet officials during the Nüremberg trials. They were the ones who invented the idea of mass gassings and jews being turned into lampshades and soap and all sorts of ridiculous stuff.
