I used google earth when I was in Eastern Europe to navigate the shitty little “shanty town” neighborhoods outside of the city centers of St. Petersburg and Moscow. An aerial view shows hundreds if not thousands of these shit holes with unpaved streets and garbage/refuse all over their trashy property. Now that I’m back in the states I tried to find these neighborhoods again and cannot even place the little guy on the roads outside of city centers. As soon as you start getting away from the metropolitan areas you have very little ability to see the google earth view. Maybe I should try again using a vpn but this just screamed propaganda at me. Slavs in Eastern Europe know what it’s like in Russia, but in America we can’t even see the street view to believe them if we wanted to.
