Had the south won the war, industrialization would of taken place shortly after and slaves will sooner or later fall out of use and eventually the south will be filled with a bunch of slaves with no value so they will either end up killing them or shipping them back to africa. In addition there would be additional pressure from the world for the CSA to end slavery every year they keep it after 1890-1900. I doubt they would ever keep slavery after 1900.

The US government stopped being that during the war. Both the South and North had to have large bureaucratic governments just to manage the war. They both printed lots of money, hired lots of workers, and expanded government programs, by the end of the war there was no "night watchman" limited government in the US anymore North or South anymore, and there never would be again.
