We're not as bad off as we were immediately after the nato bombing. While yes crime is still present, it's influence is steadily decreasing. Outside of small middle of nowhere towns, we're an average second world country - not great, but not awful.
The biggest issue here isn't the lowiq people going to be gastarbeiters, rather college educated young people fleeing for the promise of a better life, and that is a prevailing issue in all exYU states.
