>The Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals late Tuesday granted the Trump administration's request to send asylum seekers back to Mexico to wait out court proceedings temporarily.
>The court order reversed a decision by a San Francisco judge that would have blocked the policy — giving President Trump a temporary victory on immigration.
>The case must still be considered on its merits at a lower court in San Francisco and could end up at the Supreme Court.
>U.S. District Judge Richard Seeborg ruled April 8 that the policy should be halted while a lawsuit, filed on behalf of 11 asylum applicants and several other organizations, proceeds.
>granted the Trump administration's request to send asylum seekers back to Mexico
Damn finally, I didn't think this one would ever get resolved
Matthew Sullivan
>Trump Can Send Mexicans Back to Mexico No, he can send ASYLUM SEEKERS back to Mexico TEMPORARILY.
He will do absolutely nothing to stop the 1 million shitskins (mostly Mexicans) who immigrate LEGALLY to this country every single year, so this is really no "victory" at all.
The idea that I should suck off Zion Don just because he's not literally letting EVERY SINGLE person who crosses the border and cries "asylum" stay here is absurd.
But go ahead, call me a "Tranny discord shill" for speaking the truth. Hopefully you can tell your minority white grandchildren all about how you epicly pwned some guy on Jow Forums, maybe they'll forgive you for the future you left them with.
>No, he can send ASYLUM SEEKERS back to Mexico TEMPORARILY. Whic means PERMANENTLY, stupid, because these people have no legitimate asylum claims. Their only bet was gaming the system by disappearing into the US before their court dates. Fuck off, yid, you lost this time.
trump replaced enough judges that its on his side now. why do you think we haven't heard about any of their rulings recently
Camden Butler
you can thank Harry Reid for that, worst political play in history
Jayden Morgan
This is good news. But where is his shutdown of birthright citizenship? Where is the mass deportation of millions of hispanics? Where is the stripping of citizenship from anchor babies going back AT LEAST 3 generations.
He's not doing enough.
Joshua Ward
>retired dem somehow responsible for shifting 9th circuit back to repub values
no?
Eli Perez
Fuck off we're full.
Michael Hughes
he's replaced 100 judges. he's not in a position yet to make the big changes or some faggot pineapple eating judge from hawaii will block it. He needs a few more years to replace all the dem appointed judges and then he can armageddon the faggots
Isaac Young
>But where is his shutdown of birthright citizenship? He can't fucking snap his fingers and repeal constitutional amendments.
Landon Jenkins
He hasn't even brought a case regarding the 14th Amendment before the Supreme Court. That amendment doesn't even provide birthright citizenship for persons born of people illegally residing within the United States, but it has been (((interpreted))) as such.
He has taken no action. Maybe instead of slow walking it he should just disregard the law and see who checks him. It won't be the military.
Lincoln Torres
>no? Reid did the nuclear option, allowing the Senate to approve anyone Republicans want as long as they have the majority.
Mason Edwards
They’re projected 740,000 this year. We will net 60,000 illegals. Births from illegals already here over 5 years and from legal Asian immigration are much bigger problems.
