What's weird about it is that usually when I have high BP i get increased heartrate like 90 or the other things is at 120 and it happened for like 5 minutes like I was continuesly blasted by a wave of air yet there was no wind.

Solar minimum is ending and sunspots are beginning to appear again, which is normal. The solar flare that just hit was only a c class. Pretty small.

Actually the north pole is melting because spring. This winter and fall were actually relatively cool in the Arctic, at least compared to the previous few years. Antarctica is currently gaining ice, however, because the freezing season just started down there.
