going by the same line of argument that i used last thread, it's possible to abuse but beneficial in controlled amounts. i think the recommended intake for adults is 300mg or less to avoid long-term health issues it's hard to reach that amount with normal coffee unless you're drinking it all day or having espresso shots added. diet coke is a bit stronger than coffee but it'd still take a fair amount to get to 300mg a day (trump probably is around that much if he's having diet coke regularly). people who drink energy drinks frequently get a lot quickly though, a white monster has 150mg and there are far stronger energy drinks than monster out there people spent all of last thread hitting me for alcohol which i keep very low in consumption, i actually consume unhealthy amounts of caffeine sometimes. on a performance day i think i had 500mg once no, she just makes good reactions. this is a closest look i can find to how my hair is
