My pretext was that USA can not stop Chinese economic growth alone. So it will need the EU, NAFTA, Japan, Korea and Australia combined to sanction China. But Trump sanctions everyone, so nobody wants to work with him. The EU is slowly pushing to China´s side with One Belt One Road and for many EU countries China is more important as a trade partner than USA e.g. Germany.
