IQ and intelligence are defined as your ability to abstractly reason and notice patterns, this is inherent across cultures and has no bias. The only valid argument to 3rd world low IQ is nutrition, which is valid to a point, but we have jigaboos in the US that are lower than the rest by a considerable sum while having full access to food. The details of race, genetics and intelligence is still only vaguely understood and it would be incorrect to say that science has definitively concluded that genetic variance between populations which correlate with socially defined races explains the difference in intelligence.
With that said DNA analysis has a science is going through a golden age boom at the moment. The head professor of Harvard’s genetics lab David (((Reich))) recently wrote an op ed in the NYT about the future of genetics research and he believes scientists will in the near future discover that genes that explain differences in intelligence. He wrote about it because he rightly believes that the current social zeitgeist would not be able to stomach and process such a discovery and he wants everyone to disregard the last 50 years of unscientific, unhelpful “race doesn’t exist” mental attitude before it’s too late and, as he believes, the far-right will be the only group able to accept the results of DNA discoveries and they will misuse and mislead people as a result of it.
It’s a good read I recommend it. I also recommend his recent book if you’re interested in genetics. The chapters on Neanderthal DNA and the chapters of Bronze Age European and Indian populations are fascinating and more or less confirm the centuries old aryan invasion hypothesis of Europe and India.

Good IQ tests are culturally neutral, age adjusted. I’ve taken many and on the good ones, there’s no discriminatory questions. My IQ is reported at 135 and that feels about right.
