I'm with you, brother
that was fun
didn't know Jow Forums had distributists
I think you got the high score
woah
I do my best to preach distributism every time i come here.
I think I've had some success and opening up some eyes. Libertarians who favor traditional values can often be shown how the an-cap solution to every problem is a fallacy.
I like Distributism, but the problem with is that it's not very developed. Not many people have contributed to it. It needs to be updated. A lot of the followers of it also follow the Catholic Social Teaching. They think that we need open borders and to send billions in gibs overseas.
This one isn't bad, if you can sit through 216 questions

why?
Not bad.
is this what pure autism looks like
Ah shit
I don't know any distributists who favor open borders and sending money overseas. That is very contrary to the principle of subsidarity. (Aid for legitimate humanitarian purposes could be appropriate in the right circumstances, I imagine.)
I'm working on it myself, an economic analysis of distributism, primarily addressing some of the problems of capitalism (many of which have already been outlined by socialist and fascist critics). Most modern economists want to dismiss the criticisms because of the source, or just handwave away any legit critique. But an economic analysis of modern economies from the industrial revolution to the present would match up with distributist theory much better than any other, even more so than the austrians and keynsians.
Hell Belloc and Chesterton both made their predictions that have proved more true than they imagined.
>Being both a fascist and a compassionate conservative
I think the test might be a little flawed
Here to vent after your failed coup?
Not exciting
Thank you
Holy shit, theocratic distributism? That's the perfect political system.

Bruh moment
>Additional characteristics
Pragmatism : Politics objectively boil down to looking at where the problems are and trying to solve them according to the means available.
Alright!
>I don't know any distributists who favor open borders and sending money overseas
I know quite a few that support a near open border policy
>But an economic analysis of modern economies from the industrial revolution to the present would match up with distributist theory much better than any other
I don't know if it could. It just seems outdated because it was developed 100 years ago. And I see that a lot of the theory is based on letters from Popes.
Never thought myself of a neoliberalist. For real.
Radical Centrist here
I think you just have too much progressivism
no real surprises
>I am equally concerned about the inhabitants of my country and those of other the countries.
ye
>Differences of treatement and quality of life in our society show that racism is still omnipresent.
no such thing as racism
Who? I've never heard anyone like John Medaille or Thomas Stork suggest anything like that. Open borders would pose serious problem for a distributist society, and few immigrants would be in a position to acquire land or work in such a system without some substantial connections or aid. Plus emigrating would be generally frowned upon as abandoning the homeland of one's family.
>It just seems outdated because it was developed 100 years ago. And I see that a lot of the theory is based on letters from Popes.
It seems outdated because it was general principles outlined in the manner that economics had been done for the previous 300 years. But since Menger and the attempt to turn economics into a science such analysis seems quaint. However, economics is not a science like physics and rightfully finds its place as a subset of moral philosophy. Beginning economics with "supply and demand" and "marginal cost=marginal revenue" is ultimately the more simplistic method.
On one side I think traditions fucking with my freedom is retarded, in the other hand I think modern progresive bullshit is cancerous.
What do

Yep exactly as I expected.
I'm more socialist than you
Absolutely based
Get fucked kids
there we go, seems good
Georgism is the way to go. Kind of a form of distributism
Yeah, not my proudest moment.
You and I where almost exactly the same.
The other one doesn't seem all that different
I also got the Pragmatism characteristic
they are complimentary. Distributism is more of a socio-economic ideology, while Georgism tends to be more focused on the pure economic side. But the land value tax would be a very distributist-friendly method of incentivizing wider distribution of capital, although i think most distributists would favor large exemptions for owner occupied properties to an extent.
here you go chief
