No not really. Stalin expected Hitler to beat the Anglo-Zionist Empire and then assumed that some day in the future a Nazi run Europe would collapse and become communist. He had no offensive plans to invade Europe at that time.

The Soviets didn't have the capability or leadership to invade (Stalin had killed off all his best generals) and in fact were actively arming the entire German military from 1939-1941. Without the Soviets importing food and supplies the Germans would not have lasted 6 weeks against the British blockade starting in 1939.
We definitely lost the war at least strategically. There's no evidence of that. In fact had Hitler listened to the German Navy's advice no Russia invasion would have even been possible as taking Suez and the Mideast would have ensured German oil access, isolated Russia geographically and made any offensive impossible.
This is also exactly what Britain feared btw and they assumed Hitler was going to do it. It was only either Hitler's strategic blindness, his softness regarding the British Empire, or his rabid hatred of Russia that stopped him from making such an obvious move. It would have been easy to take Suez with just the two armored divisions Rommel requested. And deploying those two divisions would have been even easier if Hitler had only taken Malta instead of say, Crete. Regardless a scenario with no Barbarossa would have totally doomed the British position in the Mediterranean regardless as it would have opened up 90% of the German divisions available. And No Mediterranean means no more British mideast which opens up all of Southwest Asia makes Germany's oil problems disappear and even threatens India.

Just off the top of my head, the Germans destroyed 35,000 Soviet tanks by June 1942. That's roughly all of the tanks in the rest of the world combined.

Mass starvation was Stalin's deliberate policy mostly in Ukraine which he actually ended with Hitler's rise to power around 1933. After that he began the mass executions in the Great Terror 1937-38 again mostly Poles and Ukrainians. Stalin was paranoid of a three pronged allied invasion by Poland, Germany, and Japan. He began executing Poles and Ukranians because he saw them as a fifth column agitating for intervention. His aim at this point was to preserve his system which he saw as precarious. That's why he jumped at a chance to ally with Hitler to dismember Poland.

No they weren't at least no one else beyond the pre agreed Hitler/Stalin border lines of the Molotov-Ribbentrop Pact. They had agreed to split Poland, Romania, etc. Meanwhile Stalin had severed the head of his officer corps and they were in no position to invade. There's a reason the Soviets did so terribly at the start of the war, they were not in fact prepared for any conflict and Stalin assumed any conflict, if it ever happened would be decades away.
Stalin was naturally greedy, he wanted gains for nothing, and Hitler seemed willing to offer him this in the Baltics, half of Poland, and Romania.
