Fun fact, as someone that was born and raised in California my whole life, the vast majority of liberals that live here are from other states. There was a point in history where liberals from all over the country would come to California because they were able to be around "their own kind" but now that our state is going to shit with ever increasing CoL they're moving away. The vast majority of native Californians (from the central valley) are rural farm owners and conservative gun owners.
The same applies to our homeless. My brothers friend is a cop up in northern California and the vast majority of homeless he ID's are people that migrated here from other states....and it makes sense.
