The existance of the Germanic peoples has proven to be a disaster for the European race. Every moment spent by other European peoples, be it Romans, Latins or Slavs, to try and bring them up in any sort of meaningful capacity has resulted in a long term net negative for those peoples in various different capacities. Whenever the German and another people co-exist, tensions, scheming and conflict inevitably follow, for such is the way of the primitive and undeveloped races.
When the Romans under the command of Caesar subjugated Gaul, they immediately introduced their own legal system, upgraded the walls and defences of various townships and settlements to limit thuggery and looting, built and expanded their trademarked roads (which dare I remind are still in use to this day) and improved the old Gallic farming facilities by changing them to irrigated, multi-crop plantations (before that they were all only single crop) and introducing new tools for planting and harvesting. Within 100 years of Roman rule, the advent of better agriculture, technology and trade made Gaul become a highly organised and wealthy province to the point where it now wasn't uncommon for Gallic senators to take their place in the Roman Senate.
In the meantime, what did the observant Germanic tribes from across the Rhine decide to do? Like the violent savages they are, they chose to fight against the advent of effective and organised civilisation, and skirmished against Rome for years, culminating in the Varian disaster at the Teutoberg Forest, which was won only through the treachery of Arminius deceiving the honour-bound Roman legions who were rushing to an uprising that was fabricated by him.
Years later, once the Germanic tribes moved west to conquer and subdue Western Europe, including Rome, the Western Slavs (Polabians, Obotrites, Lusatian Sorbs, etc.) created their own tribal states all the way up to the Elbe River, thus creating new boundaries for a post-Roman-Empire Europe with new territorial boundaries around the 6th century AD. Only after securing its pan-European authority in Rome, through rather bloody conflict, did the Germanic tribes look back and attempt to reconquer the lands they vacated to complete their rule over Europe - as late as in the 9th century - when the West Slavs were conquered, subdued, often ethnically cleansed, or forcibly Germanized.
While it is true that in some cases German settlers were invited to establish functional cities and agriculture in non-German areas, it is also true that the trust placed in them produced catastrophic results for the native populations in Britain, where the Germanic Anglo-Saxons oppressed the Celts for generations, and Prussia, where the crusader Teutonic Knights practically wiped out the non-Germanic Prussians in the most ruthless way after Prince Konrad of Mazovia, on the kindness of his heart and faith as a Christian, let them find a new home in Prussia in 1226, away from Palestine, not Germany.
I can't stress this enough - the German presence in Prussia, the source of German identity in the 19th century, had very little to do with either a historic presence in the land, or even some military push east. The Teutons came to Prussia as a result of losing their home in the Holy Land, and finding a naive Polish prince to let them continue their "crusade" in Eastern Europe. Thus, in many cases, German presence in Eastern Europe was rarely a result of some natural or historic right, but a combination of brutal conquest and a deeply embedded herrenvolk mentality that culminated in Hitler's belief that all Slavs, as sub-humans must be killed to make room (Lebensraum) for the superior race of German herrenvolk.
The Teutonic Order continued raiding Slavic lands up until the Batle of Grunwald in 1410, a full 184 years later.
After that, in the three infamous Polish partitions, Prussia and Austria were two of the three thieves of Polish territories. Under Prussian rule, Poles could not own land and were subjugated to aggresive Germanization - it was very common for there to be violent reprisals by Prussian authorities just for speaking the Polish language.
Then come the two World Wars, where in the first case a greedy Austrian empire presented ridiculous annexation demands to a Balkan backwater state for the actions of a citizen (who was not even remotely affiliated with the government) assassinating an uncharismatic and arguably retarded heir to throne, thus plunging the whole world on fire over the most minute of issues. And since that wasn't enough for them, the Germans, headed again by an Austrian, decided to do it for a second time, killing 6.5 million Poles, 20 million Russians, 2 million Yugoslavs, and 600,000 Frenchmen, and destroying entire cities inside and out in many countries, with the end result of the war plunging half of Europe under disgusting Russian communism for almost 50 years.
Even today, after the fall of communism, the Germanic continues his endless dream of subjugation, this time subjugating almost the entirety of Europe by hijacking the economic and political processes of entire nations. Lying under the pretext of spreading democracy to poorer Eastern European nations, Berlin alone now has a mighty grip in the affairs of an entire continent, from Ireland to Bulgaria, and Finland to Malta. The only thing a G*rManic knows is conquest, and he will stop at nothing until the entire world is in their grasp, even if it results in the total extinction of the white man.
