Never again. I was trapped making garbage money, with the ABSOLUTE GUARANTEE that no matter how hard I worked or how productive I was, I would never make a dime more. The only way to get a raise was seniority. And, of course, OT was given out by basis of seniority.
So lazy fuckers who'd been there 20 years were making very nice coin, barely lifting a finger, while all the new guys doing actual work was subsidizing them.

This leads to an unequal redistribution of wealth where some companies are constantly competing to decrease prices to keep selling while others absorb the newly printed liquidity easily.
The destruction of the middle class in America is entirely based on the abandonment of the gold standard and its consequent re-distribution of wealth from blue-collar labor and services towards unelastic demand products.

They are user , which is why things you can´t import are going up in price massively and why the west is deindustrialized.
If you had to buy your own industrial products they would be hit by the local inflation so you hide it by outsourcing to cheapest labor possible and now you import things and hide the inflation.
