There might be cases in poverty ridden areas where the proprietor might be more interested in the quick buck from allowing people to dump their waste than in the long term plan of increasing his land's value, but these land owners will be displaced sooner or later by the market, in the same way older houses that never get renovated are not precisely the ones of efficient market players.

The ideal is to have a world that allows continuous movement of borders via market forces, right now there are 195 countries, a scenario with 196 countries is already better for our opinion. The real problem with externalities is that there are so many positive and negative ones that are honestly subjectice in their quality to the individual.

Not really. Darwinism is basically just evolution. The simple reality of human social structures that has been driven primarily by evolution is that individuals compete with each other within the group, but co-operate as a single entity when competing against other groups. More radical forms of individualism, like Anarcho-Capitalism are actually antithetical to Darwinism, because in order to function it fundamentally atomizes groups and prevents the group from working together to overcome challenges. The groups that survive are the groups that have individuals that are willing to sacrifice themselves for the good of the group as a whole, and even now with a limited form of Capitalism that has broken down completely. Without a defined polity, there can be no cohesive group action that prevents other groups from swallowing up and destroying it. Anarcho-Capitalism is the opposite of Darwinism, in the opposite way that Marxism(and other forms of Egalitarian Collectivism) is the opposite of Darwinism.

Yes, but the changes advocated here are throwing out the baby with the bathwater. In a system of freedom, even regulated now, there is enormous drug issues. Why? Because people are easily duped into momentary pleasures and are lack forward thinking. I am fundamentally opposed to the current system, but how do your proposals (namely the removal of state entities) fix the issue? The subsidization of hopelessness is an issue, but that isn't solved by removing the subsidies. We already know now that when people are taken off government handouts they turn to crime to fuel their market-driven addictions and problems. They won't just magically start acting reasonably because there isn't a state anymore. Rather, the state is the fine line between these people and throwing everything into chaos. And when it goes into full implementation you will have actual red armies forming and they will kill you. No number of private militias will help you, especially when as much as half of a given population is against your ideas of an ideal society.
