Not even remotely likely. A rifle's markings have no bearing whatsoever on an individual's ability to assess a risk to his or her own life and react accordingly. So long as a firearm complies with current law (as in, rifles are rifles, SBRs are classfied correctly as SBRs, pistols are pistols, etc.), the personal decoration on it is no more signficant of anything than how you would decorate a hammer. Now, if you made a hammer with the markings of "nigger slayer 3000" and, indeed, used it to commit murder, you would probably have a case. But considering we're discussing self-defense and not 'unjustifiable homicide', you have a VERY long uphill battle as a DA to prove intent, motive, and criminal act.
