I just "saved" a wild street baby dog. It was in my building, no one picked it up (they just fed it) so I took it to my apartment.
First night it shat bloody diarrhea and woke me up 3 times in the night screaming. Next night it only woke me up once. Now it just sleeps. It bites the fuck out of me, so I thought it had rabies or sth but the vet told me it's good because I live in Europe and rabies are rare/non existent here.
I might give it away or keep it, I've grown to love the thing.
Do not, under any circumstances, give it to: (1) Filipinos, (2) Koreans, or (3) Chinese.

You need to teach it restraint. When you're playing and rolling around with it make sneezing/heavy snorting noises (dogs instinctively know this means it is playful and an indicator that it won't escalate into actual violence) and if it bites hard make high pitched yelps to startle it and make it think it hurt you (teaches empathy). Be firm but fair, and it will never betray you.

I give my dog nothing but iams dry dog food and tons if french fries. At 13 years old the vet says he is the healthiest dog he has ever seen at his age. Nobody thinks he is older than 6. Keep your dog active and loved. Get a small dog, they live longest.
Please don't leave it alone in a cage 24/7 if you're gonna keep it. It's not one of those rat dogs.
