I remember an American visited Israel, said something that hurt someones feelings, and the soldiers literally took the kid and beat the shit out of him until he apologized. He wasn't even an adult.

She was literally asking to get killed and was refusing to get out of the way, so the construction worker (not employed by the government mind you) slowly moved forward and she was still asking for it so he kept going.
