Use to squat 600 pounds and would lift for almost 7 straight hours some days. Now my joints hurt so fucking bad to the point I can't even walk without my fucking cane and I can't even do anything when it rains. Your joints get fucking annihilated if you work out to much. athlean x is a money making scheme. it's all bodyweight exercises designed to give you lean but cosmetic muscles. if you're serious about lifting, starting strength or reg parker's 3x5. but none of these will help you punch harder or fight better.

Do what I do, read about old time lifters and incorporate modern supplementation and shit. Chaos and Pain has some great writeups on the old school strongmen like Bruno Sammartino, Bruce Randall, Ted Arcidi, and more. Combine that shit with creatine, fish oil, a gram of protein per pound of bodyweight, plenty of BCAA, magnesium glycinate, zinc, etc. and you will be stronger than fuck. Being ripped is for fags.
