The USSR being totaliterian with no workers rights is simply wrong. A great deal of workers probably had better rights there than they do in US today. There were some workers which didn't have their rights represented with the unions but those were a minority.

For communism to exist, you need to stop people from engaging in Capitalism, because capitalism creates wealth disparity and a class system.

In fact the MAIN issue with free market Capitalism is that it turns into crony corporatism (in which corporations use their vast wealth to bribe err 'lobby' the government into passing laws and regulations that are against the best interest of the people for the benefit of the corporation), or in other words the main issue with capitalism is that it stops being capitalism and becomes an oligarchy in which the elites are the business owners.
