It's actually pretty accurate from what I've read. It doesn't enforce any of the author's opinions and just serves you raw information for you to build your opinions on.

Steven Pinker is a jewish Harvard and MIT scientist who basically agrees with everything Jow Forums does about race, even as that pertains to jews. But obviously as a jew he is trepidatious about saying anything too much.

It might help some people reach enlightenment but western ideals of eastern practices self help seems to me to do more harm than good. Im glad that book as helped you out. Just keep an open mind.
