London looks like a Sim City build because all the people building these things are competing for being the new landmark. Instead of building "finance town" in a seperate area, they just make the sity look like shit, Just look at the difference between Paris and London. Paris has it's shit together, having La Defence for modern stuff while keeping the city distinct. In London, it's a old castle next to a run down pup next to a skyscraper that looks like a buttplug.
