Baltic countries, Belarus, Russia, south and central Slavic countries are all 95%+ white, some are even 99%+ white and usually have way lower crime rates than the US. Might take those into consideration, also if you invest your US money there you can easily become rich and popukar in like no time.

Weird shit. If you're rural but near a decent population center it can be /comfy/. If your Eastern Rural definitely check out Bethlehem. The old steel mill is a casino/mall and the downtown is well preserved
