In a very rough order
Mostly for burgers, strap up, get an AR or other Semi 5.56 rifle first and foremost
Get in shape
Hiking/backpacking equipment and experience. Unless you have a bunker you can be pushed off your land in a moments notice. Ability to survive innawoods is critical. Also with the posibility of a guerilla style conflict in CONUS this will be useful shit to have
Hedge your bets economically. If you have savings diversify them. Physical precious metals, crypto, cash in hand, tools, guns, etc. If you have millions then arable farmland with fresh water access and fine art along with bunkers/hardened structures.
