You put a linux box somewhere (not in your god damned home). Raspberry pi for example. Then you create a list of users allowed to log into the system from the web. Only them can log in via encrypted connection. Everyone not on whitelist gets an instant ban. You have an IP address or a pool connected to your home network from ISP. If you don't block facebook scripts everywhere they simply gather data on you using websites with fb like button. All the data is linked to your home IP. At some point they notice that this IP connects to these N people that have you in contacts. They will find out that this particular IP belongs to you, a friend of X Y and Z. Plus all pages you visit. Use NoScript and uBlock origin. Facebook has access to phonebooks of your normie friends.

People generously overestimate the value of living in a first world country. My quality of life between the Eastern Bloc, Philippines, Australia, and US never really changed. If anything, the poorer the country, the better and more inexpensive the food.

I realize most people don't really have the means to travel and live internationally, but I would strongly suggest people do, even if it's only for 6 months. Live in Rwanda, Iran, or Brazil for half a year and see how 'samey' it is.
