Not sure about nationalizing banks, I think Genossenschaftsbanken (banking cooperatives where basically every customer is a shareholder) at the very least should be allowed to remain as they are.
The main point I disagree with in that list is the restoration of Germany's eastern territories. Completely unrealistic and out of touch with today's realities. In fact it's not even desirable, since if it were to succeed it would entail the flooding of Silesia, Prussia etc. with the Turks, Arabs and Africans that were imported by the FRG regime.
