Well try to figure out how long your attention span is at the moment. Maybe you can only read for like 15 minutes before getting all foggy in the brain. Start off that way, read 15 minutes, take a break, continue for another 15, repeat.

Then try to find things that you genuinely enjoy reading about, that should at least help you get started

This may be inaccurate, but to make yourself smarter with genetic engineering, you would need to make changes to your DNA before your brain has developed. I don't know how early into your development you would need to receive Gene therapy but by the time you are an adult, your IQ I'd pretty much set in stone. You'll have to hold out for brain-computer interfaces to become a thing and become a cyborg.

All i do is wonder why normiefags refuse facts when presented to them, people generally dont care about the grand scheme of things.
