1. They have an average IQ somewhere between half to a full standard deviation above gentile whites.
2. They perform significantly better on the verbal and mathematical aspects of IQ tests than visual and spatial.

There was even a genome wide association study study earlier this year that showed Ashkenazi Jews have more genetic variants associated with high educational attainment than white Lutherans and Catholics.
