In today's Europe, I think that a depopulation would be most beneficial as long as it is done wisely. We can't depopulate intelligent people who will have intelligent children which will bring value to our economies. We should depopulate from inferior people who are already a burden on our economic systems because their value is limited. Don't get me wrong, I'm against abortion, but limiting the number of children dumb people can have will be beneficial on the long run. If a woman gets pregnant she should not be allowed to abort the baby, but the baby should be taken into state custody so that it will be raised to be a productive member of the society. If women don't want to get pregnant, they should use condoms or anticonceptional pills. If the pregnancy occurs and is unwanted it should be carried and the baby should be left to be raised by people who can't conceive or at worst by the state.
