Abortion doesnt change fertility rates. The right has been trying to claim abortion is a eugenics program against blacks for decades but it doesnt work because the evidence shows it is simply not true. Blacks get abortions out of convenience and still pop out as many niglets as they desire to get more welfare. Then when done they get their tubes tied. The fertility rates dont change overall.
