Why are millenials buying cuck sheds?

Because they're poor and that's why tiny houses are trendy
Joseph Hughes
because this is the future you choose
Jacob King
looks comfier than a trailer desu
Brandon Cox
They're not buying them. Their boomer parents are buying them to get them out of the house so they can sell their land to the Chinese and spend their retirement on the dumbest shit they can think of to ensure their kids get nothing.
Aiden Flores
Pathetic. I could build that for 1/4 what they are charging and still make a profit. If they really wanted to sell these fucking cuck sheds they should lower the price. 16k is crazy. You could buy a huge van and turn that into your home for a while if you had to. What I dont get is why are people moving moving out of their parents with zero place to live or job or future. Do nobody plan or do anything logical now a days?
Jace Sanchez
But for $17,000, you can build a better house than a bugman hive.
Kayden Nguyen
Based Boomers
Dominic Rivera
Lol pretty much. Boomers are cucks to Chinese.
Logan Scott
The problem is that some counties won't allow structures like this.
Caleb Edwards
Because they're status obsessed. All they can afford is a trailer, but they can't bring themselves to live in one because stupid low-status DRUMPH voters live in trailers, so they have to disguise their trailer as some quirky living arrangement for Instagram.
Brody King
because we arent nig nogs
Easton Fisher
Normalshits think it makes them more """""""""mature""""""""" and adult to move out of their parents' house, even though they'll be living in abject poverty and unable to save anything because every paycheque will go immediately to rent and then the rest will be spent between internet/jewflix subscriptions, (((travelling))), and avocado toast.
Wyatt Price
Honestly, I like the idea but the price isn't right. $16k for that? Half that I'd honestly consider it with a plot of land out in the country. Could be a place to stay on the weekends and do some shooting on a private range. Could also be a place to go to in case of civil unrest for cheap.
Levi Ward
I built a tiny house. Have a well, septic, and solar on 5 acres I own and don’t have (((mortgage))). I have renters too. I don’t hardly have any bills and can save piles of money with my two jobs and I don’t really pay dick in taxes. Did I mention I have two cars owned outright? My hot pale piece girlfriend lives with me. Stay mad you dumb fucking neck beards and enjoy paying (((rent))) for the rest of your lives.
Ian Cook
You're far from the consumer market; stereotypical millenial men are incapable of putting a donut on after a flat or swapping a fried PSU in a desktop computer. You ask them to lay a cinder block wall and if they do more than bitch, they'll messily apply bad mortar and just drop the blocks on; no rebar, no conduit, no measuring, no fill.
They can't build a house; their only option is the premade cuck shed being installed by pros on a piece of dirt they were rooked for.
Bentley Ramirez
this is my goal soon user. You are living the dream
Adrian Gonzalez
Houses are prisons that require resources to maintain. Go outside.
Jonathan Carter
I categorize my 1300 square foot townhouse condo as a "tiny house" to be honest, and it has 3 floors, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a basement. lol
Daniel Carter
£120k on a non detached house on a council estate/ near one or the council is paying peoples rent and it turned into one
or
£100k land in country and £20k shed
Carter Murphy
lol Boomers mad af that we’re not buying their McMansions
Lincoln Brown
I don't need a large house.
Nolan Kelly
I'll send the bus to drive by and clap for you, sir.
Nathan Hill
probably fun to build but i'm guessing a prefab/mobile home would be cheaper and better
Ian Sanders
Because it's all they can afford thanks to fucking boomers.
Logan Price
>spend their retirement on the dumbest shit they can think of to ensure their kids get nothing.
actually this though...
my aunt and her husband lived in the same crappy house in the bay area for 25 years...
they turned around a few years ago and realized it was worth 1.25 million...
they sold it to some chinese investors and moved to the sacramento area- now they literally just go to the casino every day.
the house itself is sitting empty, because chinese don't like using property, they just like having it.
Jace Butler
Why the fuck would you separate from the system to live in a cuckshed just to work two jobs anyway? I get you're larping but at least try to be believable.
Gabriel Myers
didnt realize that soibois were literally buying cuck sheds to live in
Caleb Collins
Double wides used to be like 20k.. there is no God famn reason for thus increase.
Brayden Williams
Because they are fucking stupid and didn't take advantage of the housing collapse to buy low.
I'm gen-x, but on the younger end. I know of like 4 millennials that bought a house right at the bottom like I did, when like 5% down and a 740 credit score could get you a 30 year at like 3.25%. Their house payment, even with homeowners, taxes and PMI is 20-30% less than they were paying in rent at the time, and now they are swimming in equity just 6 or 7 years later.
Dylan Barnes
I got an idea. Let’s convince millennials that living storage conexes is fucking cool
Joseph Rivera
>implying bugmen have any construction skills
Austin Brown
I will buy this
Samuel Wright
How are the Manson Family doing, Cletus? I think I'll stick with civilization for now.
Tyler Parker
>being actual, literal trailer trash
i'd rather live in a cuckshed, tbqhf
David Lewis
That yang faggot said something like this
Aiden Johnson
>21*18*8 ft
>$17,000
All these hipsters seem to be completely missing the point about trailer homes. They are supposed to be a cheap temporary living situation that allow you to save up money. Spending 17 grand on a cuck shed is just crazy. You could probably build a better one for 4 grand or buy a very nice slightly used one for 10. $17,000 is basically a downpayment on a cheap house plus property. Then you could resell it later. There is literally no reason to but this
Benjamin Watson
Unironically happening. My senpai had about a $700k home. They sold it as soon as I moved out and moved to a resort community in Florida, where they will no doubt waste every last dollar and come to me begging for cash when their end-of-life medical expenses hit.
Logan Morales
There are people that already make these into homes.
A guy did it in California; the building permit cost more than the primo intermodals, concrete, tool rentals, and plumbing/electrical put together.
Ryder Butler
If you are a midget, a van is a pretty big house.
Levi Bailey
a new double-wide from mansion manufacturing costs around 50k now. adventure homes, who build absolute shitty mobile homes, charge around 42k for a new mojave.
i ask both of them why the rapid increase and they cite building supply costs have skyrocketed.
Kayden Anderson
how?
I have some ideas about a small, cheap house but I don't think that it would meet local code
when I was a kid my family bought some kit shed and had it delivered, we assembled it after building the foundation
then we put electrical, sewage, and a loft in there
it was basically a cottage
I don't think that I could do that in my current area
Robert Davis
Sup senpai why aren’t you living in shipping containers? What are you some kinda incel? Intermodal containers are where it’s at
Evan Reyes
Thomas Mitchell
white guilt
Ayden Campbell
I can get a double wide trailer for $16k.
Liam Jackson
Just wondering what state...
Cooper Cook
>the building permit cost more than the primo intermodals, concrete, tool rentals, and plumbing/electrical put together.
That's why housing in california cost so much. It's so hard to build there it's barley worth it. And then you factor in the value of the land, because there is an artificial shortage of it, and you get ridiculous house prices.
Juan Morgan
>Weizhengheng
Like I'm gonna buy any chink shit like that
the fucking thing would burn down or collapse in minutes or outright explode when you turn on the oven
why are chinks so god damned bad at everything
Dylan Jenkins
is that piece of shit even insulated? I bet I could make a wooden box with windows for less than $1k
Noah Hill
Owen Rogers
Slave quarters.
Matthew Flores

Levi Adams
Man, I would love to see the floor plan of a 1,300 sq. ft. condo with 3 floors.
Zachary Bailey
They already do this
Thomas Butler
The only thing worse to this, is those communal spaces that hipsters are living in, where you essentially rent a bunk bed in a giant room full of faggots and niggers renting their own bunk beds. It's like hipster camp or something.
I'd rather die.
Daniel Hall
Oregon
Oliver Price
(((who))) do you think is selling these Millennial McMansions?
William Thompson
This is happening to me now
Except the boomer went broke and now wants to move in with me and wife
Also Chinese buy those properties to laundry money, they’ve been doing it for years in canada. We really need to charge through the roof taxes on forgiven ownership of of US lands but (((they))) won’t allow it
Levi Jackson
Labor is time is money.
Isaac Parker
it's ironic, you wouldn't understand
Kayden Robinson
lmao this has to be a typo. That's $5,069.44 per sq. ft.
Jacob Williams
Sounds about right. Oregon is a great place for a small house... Even better, you don't need an AC unit too badly. I'm here in Texas and the heat alone would do me in as far as a tiny house is considered.
Camden Nguyen
Chase Hughes
The Age of Cucksheds has come. Awe and Despair!
Austin Lee
I'm talking about the average neckbeard, not the average bugman.
Small house that's one bed, one bath, and basic furnishing is doable at that price. If you're that interested, I can't help you beyond sketch a plan and work it into your budget.
Hudson Harris
But are they living in shipping container at a shipyard? Why aren’t you taking advantage of this free form of transport senpai?
Levi Lopez
I like the industrial design.
Landon Carter
That guy is based
Adam Hughes
Why not just build one?
Easton Howard
More than half of the millennials in the US had a golden opportunity to own a house following the housing collapse.
They chose to take on crippling student loan debt instead,
Asher Bailey
Based & boomerpilled, fuck the future generations #yolo
Owen Carter
>trading trees for telephone poles and concrete
Have a good life. You only have one.
Levi Green
No one is buying these 'amazon' tiny homes. Some wierd marketing.
Look at any listing; few reviews or no reviews; almost entirely chinese companies dumping $2k shipping containers clad in plastic and osb.
Plenty of builders out there. Anyone who buys this amazon shit is a fool.
Angel Martin
I've actually looked into the van thing, but as a mobile office/work space. It's surprisingly viable.
Mason Watson
haha no
Jace Roberts
webm related unironically sounds pretty nice nowadays
Landon Nelson
>no running water
>no sewer
>no electricity
>no gas for heat
>no foundation, so house sinks into the mud every spring
Cheap, but extremely inconvenient. Might as well buy a real house so you don't have to deal with the above.
Nathan Parker
Marketed as Podestrians
lmao
Benjamin Brown
Yes that. Holy fuck they'd find me hanging from the rafter in the background during poetry night.
Lincoln Sullivan
I will repost this every time

>$21k - 24x40 cabin shell built on a concrete foundation
>$7k - finish out home and furnish it
>$4k - septic system
>$2.4k - storm shelter
I live alone and enjoy it. Why spend $130k and pay the new triple the price for 30 years when I can own this in 5 years?
Brayden Perry
>$16,800
Buy some land and another shed for my other shit and I could dig this.

The easiest way to acquire a house is to push a boomer down the stairs.
Eli Murphy
Most of the square footage goes to stairwells. Sad!
Jayden Hernandez

You absolutely can't properly fight capitalism without one of these.
Charles Butler
>Why aren't millenials wasteful
We weren't given anything to waste.
Daniel Wood
No, that sounds about right. Maybe a bit cheap.
Nicholas Sanchez
thats jail
Chase Martinez
Those things give me PTSD. We have spent the last 10 drills organizing connexes. I unironically told the captain when he was asking for names for our deployment callsign that we be "Charlie Connex."
