This is a good point. Which is why combing Africans with Chinese and/or Indians solves multiple problems for everyone: resources, land, crime, and cultural problems (violence, addiction, empathy). Africans are empathetic and loud and social and musical, and Asians are robotic and quiet and also social and able to handle repetition.
About Down syndrome: I’ve read that an East Asian person with Down syndrome and an IQ of 70 is a harder and more productive worker than a white or black person with Down syndrome and an IQ of 70.
