He has to be finished now right? People from his own party are throwing him under the bus now!
Trump is actually finished holy shit
>RHINOS
You’re watching the party get purged of RHINOS
>literal who blue check mark says some shit
>Drumph is finished
Ok OP
He's not finished, but if I were him I'd be concerned. The only thing standing between him and impeachment is the fact that the political will to do so doesn't exist on the Republican side of the aisle. If that chances, then it's just a simple matter of voting for it.
if that changes*
Some literally who congressman says gay shit and doesn't understand that firing the fbi director isn't obstruction. No one gives a fuck.
The Dems will not stop until Trump is out of office no matter how many times it's proven they have nothing on him and never will. They will deny and twist until they're blue in the face as long as he's still President of the United States. Expect it to continue when he's reelected and every time a Republican is in office.
This thread again
>they'll vote for impeachment for no reason
imagine being this retarded
It’s RINOs
This guy is a dick sucking faggot from Michigan, He takes sand nigger dick up the ass and hangs around middle schools wth Jim Comey. They have kidnapped over a 100 children and sold their body parts to the Soros foundation and have left the remains in dumpsters all over Detroit.
what was the impeachable conduct though
trump is a lying piece of shit good goy and i'm not voting for him again but that doesn't make this shitskin lolberg correct
Jewry = Treason
You don't need to call names, all I'm doing is talking facts here. And no, they wouldn't vote for impeachment for no reason. The thing you need to understand here is that this is not a criminal process and you don't have any of this "Beyond a reasonable doubt" stuff.
If congress REALLY wants to impeach a president, all they have to do is agree that it's a good idea, come up with a reason and take a vote. If the GOP turns on Trump (Very unlikely), then they could impeach him. They could claim any number of things as grounds for it, not that it really matters.
Justin Amash is one of 3-4 Libertarians in Congress. He's a big "L" libertarian. He is a Constitutionalist. though. He's one of the best in Congress over all.
Think of it this way. Remember Bill Clinton? They opened up impeachment process over his characterization of a blowjob. That's the kind of low bar we're dealing with here. All it takes is political will in the legislature.
From what I read he basically said that it is impeachable that Trump MAY have tried to fire Muller. So basically its nothing.
Amash is a known traitor, nothing new.
Mueller*
>it is impeachable that Trump MAY have tried to fire Muller.
IF he did, then yeah, that would be impeachable. Obstruction of justice requires no underlying crime and it doesn't need to succeed. The mere attempt to interfere for the wrong reason would qualify as obstruction.
This is by no means the only potential example of obstruction, though. If Trump lost GOP support he'd be toast.
>People from his own party are throwing him under the bus now!
That dude isn't a republican, he's a libertarian retard that is always fighting with the republicans.
Nunes exposed him a long time ago.
It’s some dudes opionon. And it’s wrong.
...conduct that violates the public trust.
In fact, Mueller’s report identifies multiple examples of conduct satisfying all the elements of obstruction of justice, and undoubtedly any person who is not the president of the United States would be indicted based on such evidence.
Impeachment, which is a special form of indictment, does not even require probable cause that a crime (e.g., obstruction of justice) has been committed; it simply requires a finding that an official has engaged in careless, abusive, corrupt, or otherwise dishonorable conduct.

He's not though. He's a libertarian that literally hates the GOP.
>Nunes led a group of GOP to have him removed from congress in 2014.
>He's one of the biggest NeverTrumpers in congress and has been attacking Trump for 3 years now.
He's basically a budget version of Jeff Flake.
Not anymore. I kekked too hard. RHINOS for now on m8.
literally who is that
>He takes sand nigger dick up the ass
He is a sand nigger.
Didn’t they read the mueller report out loud in Congress this week?
maybe because they try to do it without exposing themselves
for example, pushing Mitt Romney to be a pain in the a 2020 as independent
if he just takes some percent Trump has a problem and the little revolt can save face
Are you fucking retarded? People from his own party have been throwing him under the bus for 3 straight years.
>This Rhino is looking to run as a libertarian
He is using this to launch his campaign. Probably looking for a big donation.
Libertarian fag. He thinks all presidents overreach their power.
>They opened up impeachment process over his characterization of a blowjob.
No.
He blatantly lied under oath to federal investigators.
Spinning it like he was lying to his wife, or joking with the boys about a bj, is just flat out false.
>He has to be finished now right?
He will be impeached any day now.
>IF he did, then yeah, that would be impeachable.
No.
If he fired Muller AND all of the other federal investigators, then sure. But only firing Muller, wouldn't have obstructed anything, since our government isn't just one person.
Fuck people have been saying he's finished for 3 years now. Even if you dont like him. Dont you have better shit to do than talk about Donald.
The cope is strong with that one.
No shit.
He still doesn't have all his nominations filled.
Muddy swamp makes movement sloooow.
There is no such thing as a good lolbertarian. They are like communists. Idiot dreamers who concern themselves with ideals over the practicality of running their idealized state.
>There is no such thing as a good lolbertarian. They are like communists. Idiot dreamers who concern themselves with ideals over the practicality of running their idealized state.
Exactly. To be a libertarian is to have a child's view of the country.
You dumb faggot. He was disbarred...he lost his law lisence over lying under oath.

STATEMENT BY FORMER FEDERAL PROSECUTORS
We are former federal prosecutors. We served under both Republican and Democratic administrations at different levels of the federal system: as line attorneys, supervisors, special prosecutors, United States Attorneys, and senior officials at the Department of Justice. The offices in which we served were small, medium, and large; urban, suburban, and rural; and located in all parts of our country.
Each of us believes that the conduct of President Trump described in Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s report would, in the case of any other person not covered by the Office of Legal Counsel policy against indicting a sitting President, result in multiple felony charges for obstruction of justice.
The list is now at more than 650: 650+ former federal prosecutors have signed the statement asserting that Trump would be indicted if he wasn't the sitting president.
Protect Democracy will update this list daily with new signatories.

America’s institutions depend on officials to uphold both the rules and spirit of our constitutional system even when to do so is personally inconvenient or yields a politically unfavorable outcome. Our Constitution is brilliant and awesome; it deserves a government to match it.

Wow.
650 former political appointments agree?
Well, Trump is clearly guilty then.

Sounds like something a rhino would say. Wait, I mean rino. Wait... I don't know. It seems I have confused myself here. Nevermind.
I never characterized it as joking with the boys or anything like that, you're trying to put words in my mouth. And remind me, what specifically did he lie to them about? Oh right, a blowjob.
Like I said, this is the bar we're dealing with. Is getting a blowjob a crime? No. While president? No. While president and married? No.
But lie about or even mischaracterize it to congress? Now you're in trouble.
That just isn't the case. If his goal in (allegedly) trying to fire Mueller was to stop or hinder the investigation into he and his people, then that would be obstruction.
How can you imagine that it wouldn't be?
>But only firing Muller, wouldn't have obstructed anything, since our government isn't just one person.
The intent is what counts here. Obstruction needn't be successful and the plan to obstruct doesn't even need to be realistic.
Also, keep in mind that impeachment is NOT a criminal process. Assume Donald didn't commit any crimes whatsoever. Congress could just say he's misbehaving, misleading the public, etc and impeach him on that if they really wanted to. This process doesn't require a breach of criminal statutes.
Amash will be swept aside in the coming months. Now is the time to choose his primary opponent.
>RINO wants to run for president

Are you literally retarded?
>I plan on getting turbo hyper light speed drive on my fucking spaceship, thus I can outrun the space cops to my hideout on the moon, and destroy evidence of my plans to commit future crimes.
According to your tardlogic, I just committed felony obstruction.
Christ man, think before posting.
>Also, keep in mind that impeachment is NOT a criminal process.
That's correct. It's political, not criminal.
>If his goal in (allegedly) trying to fire Mueller was to stop or hinder the investigation into he and his people, then that would be obstruction.
Removing a federal employee, (as is his absolute right), for conflicts of interest and corrupt intentions, and failure to keep his staff from leaking, isn't hindering a valid investigation. It's the executive branch doing it's job.
Not the guy you were replying to but:
Interesting that you think congresses opinion of the president as more important than that of the country as a whole. Its the job of congress to represent their constituents, not do whatever they want because their swampy ways are threatened by someone they don't like. If trump is impeached it will escalate tensions to an entirely new level. While I appreciate your nice tone your thinking is seriously flawed. If democrats impeach trump it will be extremely bad for them, any republicans that sign on will immediately lose their next election and be out of a job.
I'd be willing to bet that most normal not insane or radical working class democrats in this country don't even think impeachment is a good idea.
God damnit I should have voted for David French
>Removing a federal employee, (as is his absolute right), for conflicts of interest and corrupt intentions, and failure to keep his staff from leaking, isn't hindering a valid investigation. It's the executive branch doing it's job.
And if that's why he attempted to fire him, that'd be fine. I think we can imagine another explanation congress would use if they wanted to impeach him though, can't we?
>Are you literally retarded?
Nothing you quoted is incorrect, so nah.
>According to your tardlogic, I just committed felony obstruction.
You couldn't commit obstruction because you're not interfering in any investigation. You can't obstruct an investigation that doesn't exist yet, stop being silly. Look up how obstruction of justice works if you don't believe me.
Also you guys need to keep in mind (And I keep saying this, praying that it'll get through to you people) that impeachment is not a criminal process. Whether or not Donald committed obstruction (He almost certainly did) is immaterial. Congress can just say he's a liar or that he does a bad job and impeach him on those grounds IF the votes existed.
Republican hoss in name only
>Few members of Congress have read the report.
The unredacted report was made available to them in a secure location where the redacted parts can't be easily leaked. They chose not to read it because they are only interested in complaining about it.
>Interesting that you think congresses opinion of the president as more important than that of the country as a whole.
I'm not talking my opinion here, I'm talking how impeachment works.
>Its the job of congress to represent their constituents
That's what they're doing. The reason that most of the GOP isn't on board with impeachment is because their constituents support Trump. The reason that some of the GOP and most Democrats aren't on Trumps side is because, again, that's what their constituents want.
Are you blind to the opposition to this president across the country & how it translates to opposition in the legislature?
>If democrats impeach trump it will be extremely bad for them, any republicans that sign on will immediately lose their next election and be out of a job.
Sure, maybe. I'm not arguing whether or not it would be a strategically sound political move.
>The unredacted report was made available to them in a secure location where the redacted parts can't be easily leaked.
A less redacted version*
Fucking stupid Gun Hippy. I can't stand Justin Amash. I wish Thomas Massie would smarten up and get the fuck away from these Liberal Republicans.
1. No
2. No
3. Yes
4. Dunno
Partisanship is at such a level that the only possibility of impeachment & conviction will come if he gets a second term and Dems retain control of the House & win the Senate in 2020.
I don't think Republicans have yet faced up to the damage he has done. They will once a Democrat is president and starts using the precedent Trump has set, like using emergency funds to build a wall or making a joke out of the supposed checks and balances in our system.
Holy fuck idiots are *still* angling on the nothing burger that was muh Russia.
Then again Trump is politically dickless so he lets his enemies get away with all kinds of shit.
TRUMP 2020!!!!!
>I don't think Republicans have yet faced up to the damage he has done.
I don't think anyone who still supports Trump at this point is really thinking past his presidency. When I ask /ptg/ types on Jow Forums what comes after Trump, they'll often be like "Dunno, civil war probably".
Nobody is thinking about what the fuck is going to happen when someone leftist gets into the whitehouse and starts taking advantage of what Trump has normalized.
He didn’t read it.

Not trying to be all like “but muh other presidents” but....
As you can see, the dumb faggots here idolize and and hero worship the bombastic buffoon. That tendency towards deification of politicians, as happened during the Clinton and Bush Jr years as well, shows one of the great weaknesses of our system: When the team becomes more important than the goals and/or principles, the system retards.
huh?
>what Trump has normalized.
hehehehehe
The Constitution specifically says "high crimes and misdemeanors," although you are correct that its not a criminal trial. The Founding Fathers were afraid that impeachment would be used as a political weapon which is why they added that line.
Amash is proof that civic nationalism is gay.
He's Syrian, not legitimately American.
Agreed Satan.
The problem with libertarians is they always cuck on nationalism.
As much as I loved Ron Paul, he was never strong on borders and trade like he should have been.
>The Constitution specifically says "high crimes and misdemeanors,"
Yes, and look up what that term meant when our constitution was getting put together. It included everything from appointing incompetent people, losing a ship by not anchoring it, or general 'violations' of public trust.
It's much broader than you'd think if you weren't aware of what those words meant when the constitution was written.
Amash is a fake libertarian like the fags at Reason. They're too stupid to realize that open borders means the death of liberty. They just want cheap labor, the Koch bros are the other side of the globohomo coin, the right to Soros' left. Rand Paul is smart enough to realize he has to play nice with other GOP members occasionally, Amash just autistically screeches about everything.
Mueller himself said that Barr did not misrepresent his report.
Amash is a fringe cuckoo. An R in name only
Republican Congressman Justin Amash, probably one of the most sincere members of Congress from either party, making the case for impeachment. It's finally over for the orange cheeto man.
Expect many Congressman/Senators who are never Trumpers to begin auditioning for their CNN/MSNBC roles as their destined to fail re-election campaigns begin for 2020 elections. This same shit happened last year.
Says the blue checkmark who enables Chicom subversion.
>Obstruction of justice requires no underlying crime
You're fucking retarded. Investigators are supposed to investigate crimes, not people. and mueller wasn't investigating a crime. trump claiming his innocence and calling out muellers witch hunt for what it was is not obstruction.
>You're fucking retarded. Investigators are supposed to investigate crimes, not people. and mueller wasn't investigating a crime.
Mueller was investigating Russian interference in the 2016 election. You can say I'm retarded and call other names again and again, but obstruction of justice requires no underlying crime. You or I could interfere in an investigation that has absolutely nothing to do with us, and even though we had committed no crime prior to doing so, we would become guilty of obstruction of justice.
>trump claiming his innocence and calling out muellers witch hunt for what it was is not obstruction.
That is correct, saying that you are innocent & disagree with an investigation would not be obstruction. Saying you're innocent on twitter isn't interference.
Bunch of dumbasses in this thread Amash is a dumbass as well. The FISA warrants were illegal. The whole thing was illegal. Therefore Muellers investigation was illegal.
Its rye nose, from the historical use of rye bread by republican party to vote internally.
If vote with party then break off a piece of white wheat bread and drop in the top hat.
If vote with party then break off a piece of rye bread and drop in the top hat.
What do the Chicoms have on Amash?
you're like the only reasonable person on Jow Forums
i might be in love
>impeachable conduct
when will they give this ridiculous nonsense up, a President can be impeached for no reason and criminal action doesn't force an impeachment, retardfaggots
cope
Lolberterians are just communists in disguise. Useful idiots who sabotage actual conservative goals and movement under the pretense of "standards." Moving goal posts is a victory because it means you can keep moving them further later. Because of that, libshits keep pushing their gay, islam, and open borders agenda while lolberterians obstruct the people they're supposedly on the side of.
Nah there's a shitload of other reasonable people, it's just that the unreasonable ones are the loudest.
