Iran won't start the war because Iran knows it's only chance is a defensive war. Russia and China will not fight for the Iranians if the Iranians instigate it. This is the same exact policy as they demonstrated with North Korea. NK pleaded with China to commit military aid against the US but China told them they will side with whoever is struck first.
Nothing will happen unless the US initiates it.

Nothing lost yet, Saudi Prince called on Arab nations to gather. There he will press them to join forces, or warn them that something is gonna happen whether they like it or not and they should prepare.

How is this a surprise? All the sabre rattling of the Trump administration is pathetic. They threatened Syria, they threatened NK, they threatened Venezuela, they threatened Iran.
Sadly for the US, these "rogue nations" have learned how to deal with the US. Aslong as they dont provoke a US attack, they are ok. The US cant afford another "illegal war" in the eye of the public.
