If it comes to it, everyone will be getting involved. Russia, China, the Commonwealth, EU, Mexico, maybe even some South American countries. Doubt there will be direct military action, but it's guaranteed there will be foreign supplies and "training" flooding to each side. Nobody will want to miss out on taking down the king and steering the remnants of his empire to further their interests.

The only way a civil war will happen is if the US tries drafting folks. And frankly I'm not dying in some god forsaken hellhole so some rich Jew can rub his nose on Palestinians.

Many nations, including Russia and China, would likely support one side or multiple sides to keep it going as long as possible. It would allow them to vy for global hegemony or minimally extending their influence further than now. The consequences for the world would likely be catastrophic as power polarization ended and different regimes competed in the vacuum left by the US receding. A war war would be almost inevitable.

It would likely end with Balkanization assuming multiple groups arise, most likely state armies like Texas or California.
We’d look back at America like the Roman Empire.
