oldfag here. I was in mexico back in like 2006ish. I didn't get many english channels and the most tolerable of them was cnn hln which was supposed to be just headlines no commentary shit. So then they brought glenn beck on as their first pundit type show, his whole schtick was that he pretended to be super edgy but would only say the most milqutoast shit a normie would agree with. So he would literally actually say shit like "I don't care if it offends anyone or how many people disagree with me but I think gas prices are too high. there I said it."
So then I went back to the US and forgot about him. Years later I would see redditor types bitching about "glenn beck" calling him a "far right wing extremist" and I was like are you fucking kidding me he only says the most mundane shit but it turns out he moved to fox and became a conservative. I never watched him once.
The point is, he's a chameleon. I'm not saying he doesn't have any beliefs, but he hasn't shared them. We don't know who he really is or what he really thinks. He lies on TV for money, that's all you need to know. If CNN pays him, he'll say what they want. If fox pays him, he'll say what they want. I don't know who his new paymasters are.
