Because the arbitrary borders drawn up by Europeans at the Berlin Conference grouped different tribes in the same nations while simultaneously dividing tribes in half. This would result in most African civil wars, terrorism across borders to attempt to regain land, and genocide.
It wouldn't be perfect today I'm sure, but you can't place hostile groups in the same nations against their will and expect decent results

If niggers don't like the borders put in place during European rule then let them redraw them of their own volition. Why would they even care about the artificial land divisions left in place, it's not like they follow laws or any sort of system of order anyway. They don't even bother to use the land and resources they stand on. Here's a thought, maybe they would have killed each other in the usual fashion with or without the presence of Europeans, the only difference is they got better weapons to kill each other with.
