The black vote is a highly tribal vote. Historically, it hasn't "split" like the white vote does between parties - it's either 90% one, or 90% the other. So the question you are asking is what would cause 90% of blacks to vote Republican as opposed to the Democrats.

Continually pointing out to them that the Democrat Party have become the Hispanic Party, it isn't the Black Party anymore. Did anyone else watch the DNC in 2016? Every other speaker spoke Spanish. These nogs might be okay with non-white immigration in a "fuck whitey" way, but blacks are NOT down with their children having to learn Spanish. Also pointing out incidents of ethnic cleansing that have happened to blacks by Hispanics in the US in the last couple decades.
We shouldn't expect them to reject the dems and vote R, but it isn't crazy to think that this could make blacks form their own party and stop voting dem in a big way.
