I'm in favour of the death penalty given that if there is a wrongful execution the prosecutor, judge(s) and jury are hung for it. That way they will only use it when there is absolutely no doubt that the defendant is guilty.

I personally think for the most part we should let people do them and if they’re deadly drugs let them kill themselves with them basically let natural selection do the work. The problem with drugs is we keep saving people from opioid OD and letting druggies live in welfare and be leeches. If cut welfare off and stopped saving junkies from OD then legalized everything the drug problem would be gone within a year. Natural selection is the solution.
