There is a problem with Dutch Law & Justice A few years ago a Polish driver was drunk behind the wheel and killed a young girl on a bike. During the trial the Polish man only got 100 hours of community service. The judge's reasoning was: - Dutch citizens were at fault for not helping the Polish man deal with his alcohol problem - Dutch citizens were at fault for not teaching the Polish man all the rules of the road and explaining our cycling culture.
