If a low skilled white guy from Balkans/Eastern Europe applies for a waiter job he'll be the manager by the end of his first year in the country. meanwhile pakis, pinoys, africans, etc. will be scrubbing dishes in the kitchen even though they've worked there for years.
As for more skilled labor (as I imagine OP is considering) it's literally a virgin job market because Arabs pay premium, the promotion rate is insane, but most experts typically leave just as fast.
