Well their figures they release on macroeconomic data don't make any sense and don't correlate with a growing economy whatsoever. Car sales have decreased (!), purchasing managers index has decreased dramatically, Vat Income has decreased yet they still claim growing retail sales and a 6% annual growth rate.
Nothing is more fake than the Chinese figures that are released.

Living standards have mainly increased by opening up more to trade with the rest of the world and slowly giving the people more economic freedom, not because of governmental actions that were done besides that.
I'm not full of shit I can assure you, if the Chinese economy was doing so well, then why did they lower reserve requirements for banks a couple months ago, why did they increase fiscal spending again. I could go on and on why China isn't doing as well as they say they are.
